Medway LA launches support programme for personal coaching
In 2005 Medway Local Authority senior advisers were keen to find a way to support school leaders through a particularly tough period of change, and after discussions with headteachers and representatives from Kent Coaching and Mentoring, a unique project was put together………….. Following the success of this innovative project, Kent Coaching and Mentoring has joined in partnership once again with Medway LA to offer Medway Headteachers a further opportunity to obtain support for personal coaching.
