Following a period in the manufacturing industry Fergus moved into R&D in electronic instrumentation.
His career spanned both private and public sector where he has represented the UK internationally. More recently Fergus led the DTI Kent Team involved in economic development.
A qualified trainer he now runs a personal development company focussing on coaching & mentoring SME owners and is a business mentor for the Princes Trust and Arts & Business.
Fergus is a founder member of Coaching & Mentoring International.
