Specialist in Strategic Coaching and Performance Mentoring
Grant Ledgerwood has been an active executive and business coach since 1985, when he became MBA director at the University of Greenwich Business School London. In 2001 Grant joined leading management coaches in founding a pioneering experiment in business development, Coaching and Mentoring International. With the development of Kent Coaching and Mentoring, Grant’s professional activity is currently focused in the southeast and London, where he assisted hundreds of managers and entrepreneurs through his role as Foundation Reader in Corporate Strategy at the U of Greenwich Business School.
He has lived in Kent and southeast London since 1974, working with his partner and wife, Dr Libby Street, in their joint consultancy firm StreetLedgerwood Ltd. He has authored over a one hundred books and professional papers. Grant grew up in southwest Oregon and has been a lecturer, visiting professor, and researcher at six universities in three countries. His early career included multi-year assignments for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Paris and the Privy Council Office, Government of Canada.
