Helen’s greatest skill is her ability in guiding clients towards identifying and developing their potential, building confidence by setting and achieving goals. Some clients are on a journey of self discovery, some are trying to unlock a specific problem at work, Helen’s empathy and discretion ensure that clients set the boundaries, complimented by a drive and enthusiasm for success that make their individual journey enjoyable.
Helen is a qualified coach with a background rich in managing, developing and mentoring people. Spending several years as a highly-successful senior management-recruitment consultant after operational management positions within the contract-catering industry, she started her career in the very different environment of a merchant bank.
Currently Helen is heading up the training and development division of a dynamic talent-retention company as well as running her own coaching practice.
Helen’s interest in the diversity of both people and working environments is reflected in her overseas work experience and having travelled the globe twice.
