Our Work-Life Balance programmes are designed to facilitate the improvement of individuals’ personal and professional lives, and enhance organisational effectiveness through addressing causes and pre-cursors to stress and negative work life balance in the workplace.
The Work Life Balance Programmes cover a number of topic areas including:

• Adjusting your schedule
• Need to be flexible
• Communicating your needs and requirements
• Employer and employee options
Our programmes are delivered at your organisation, or a venue suitable for both parties. We provide all delegates with a workshop handout pack, resources guide and personal action plan.
